BSM Site Ready

The BSM documentation site is created with Docusaurus. Currently it is hosted on Github Pages. The sources are located at GitHub.

The page will be automatically published with GitHub Actions when sources are pushed to master branch of https://github.com/bsmsoft/bsmweb.
